excellent location helpful staff small elevator single bed
the location was excellent. it was very close to the duomo. the staff was also friendly and super helpful. they booked tickets for attractions for me. they gave extensive advice.
the room felt a little old, it looks like it had no upgrades recently. it was small with a bed made of two singles. it was on the 3rd floor, i use a very small elevator.

stale pastries unclean bathroom
the location was indeed very central, close to many attractions as advertised.
The room was not what i expected, i noticed the walls had stains and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. the breakfast was underwhelming. The pastries tasted stale, as if they'd been sitting out for days, and the selection was limited.

wow! what a lovely place to stay!
great location delicious breakfast helpful staff
i loved the location! it was super central, so getting around was easy. the room had good air conditioning. the breakfast was delicious and even included gluten-free options for me. the staff was helpful! they gave amazing recommendations.
the rooms are tiny, which might bother some people.

the staff provided directions to local attractions with maps. they gave great suggestions for local restaurants that were close by. the front desk was staffed 24 hours which i really liked.
