excellent locationhelpful staffsingle bed
the location was excellent. it was very close to the duomo. the staff was also friendly and super helpful. they booked tickets for attractions for me. they gave extensive advice.
the room felt a little old, it looks like it had no upgrades recently. it was small with a bed made of two singles.

the location was indeed very central, close to many attractions as advertised.
The room was not what i expected, i noticed the walls had stains and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. the breakfast was underwhelming. The pastries tasted stale, as if they'd been sitting out for days, and the selection was limited.

i loved the location! it was super central, so getting around was easy. the room had good air conditioning. the breakfast was delicious and even included gluten-free options for me. the staff was helpful! they gave amazing recommendations.
the rooms are tiny, which might bother some people.
